For in-showroom purchases: The policy works to provide return or exchange for 7 days from the date of purchase. If you have made a custom order, no, return or refund will be eligible for any such order.
For online website purchases: The policy works 7 days from the order delivery date. After meeting the below-mentioned criteria:
- The jewellery tag should be intact.
- The customer should provide all the boxes and papers.
- Jewellery should be unused and have original packing.
This refund is subject to quality confirmation by our quality assurance team and on verification that the packaging of the same is complete with all the documents like the diamond certificate & original invoice.
If you receive a damaged item, an item you didn’t order, or the wrong item, we exchange it free of charge or refund the total amount charged after a quality check. If it is indeed an error or a defective product, your refund or exchange will be on its way shortly.
7 days refund policy is not applicable for gold & silver coins, silver articles, silver rakhi, Silver Diamond Bracelets/Rakhi and for products ordered with specific indications like customization, engraving & personalized.
Exchange Values: (Applicable only for exchanges)
Gold Jewellery: 100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within the policy timeframe; this facility can be availed only one time.
Silver Jewellery: 100% exchange for the invoice value of the product within the policy timeframe; customers can avail of this facility only once.
To initiate a return, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org; we will share packing instructions to follow and hand over the same to the courier person. The reverse pick-up procedure would take at least 7-10 working days. Note down the return tracking number.
